Get A Crew Dispatched What We Handle
Trauma Clean Pros operates as a licensed, insured Biohazard remediation company based to serve Manteo and the surrounding Manteo, NC region. Every technician on our roster carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification and works under documented OSHA protocols, whether the job is a single room or a full commercial floor.
Dispatch is answered by a real person, not a call center script, because most callers are dealing with something they've never faced before and need a straight answer fast.
Beyond the physical cleanup, Biohazard work in Manteo often involves insurance claims and property release paperwork. We handle that documentation alongside the job itself.
We also carry the specific equipment Biohazard work demands — ozone generators, hydroxyl machines, and enzymatic treatments — rather than relying on general-purpose cleaning products that weren't built for biohazard conditions.
Blood and bodily fluids carry bloodborne pathogens including Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV, and these pathogens survive in flooring, grout, and drywall long after the surface looks clean. Household disinfectants aren't formulated to neutralize that level of contamination. In Manteo, these are the calls we take most often:
The longer these situations go unaddressed, the more material typically needs to be removed, since contamination doesn't stay contained to where it started.
Extended decomposition produces odor and fluid contamination that goes well past the surface, often requiring subfloor removal.
After release, the cleanup falls to a licensed remediation crew, not the property owner or a general contractor.
Long-term hoarding often hides mold and pest waste that surfaces only once the sorting process begins.
Category 3 water events require removal of contaminated porous material, not just drying and surface disinfection.
We follow a documented decontamination checklist using EPA List N products for confirmed exposure cases.
Job sites and facilities sometimes need biohazard response after an injury involving bodily fluids or a hazardous material release.
Trauma Clean Pros's service list reflects the real calls that come out of Manteo — not a generic checklist copied from elsewhere.
We frequently combine services on one job, since a Manteo property with hoarding conditions often has secondary issues like mold or plumbing damage discovered during the sort.
Blood and biological material are removed using enzymatic treatment rated specifically for bloodborne pathogen decontamination.
Decomposition jobs typically involve pulling contaminated materials and treating odor with ozone or hydroxyl generators before final sanitization.
We work through hoarded Manteo properties in stages, identifying contamination and pest issues before full removal begins.
Blackwater extraction is followed by removal of anything porous that absorbed contamination, then a full antimicrobial application.
EPA List N disinfectants are applied across every high-touch surface following confirmed exposure to a communicable illness.
